ERNiCrFe-7/UNS N06052/AWS A5.14、ASME SFA-5.11 Wire
Overview
ERNiCrFe-7 is a nickel based alloy welding wire, also known as ERNiCrFe-7 or SNi6052/NiCr30Fe9. It is mainly used for tungsten inert gas welding and arc welding of molten gas welding Incone690 alloy.
The main components of ERNiCrFe-7 welding wire are nickel and chromium, and this nickel-chromium component welding material is mainly used to meet the changing requirements of the nuclear industry. Due to its high chromium content, it has better resistance to stress corrosion cracking in nuclear radiation and pure water environments.
In addition to its application in the nuclear industry, ERNiCrFe-7 welding wire can also be used to form an corrosion resistant protective layer on the surface of most low alloy steels and stainless steels to resist oxidizing acid corrosion. In addition, it is also suitable for applications requiring resistance to oxidizing acid corrosion.
In addition, the ERNiCrFe-7 welding wire has excellent welding performance, and the melting point is similar to the base material, which is not easy to crack and porosity. At the same time, it has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, stable high temperature performance, and can meet the welding requirements in various high temperature environments. Due to its excellent performance, ERNiCrFe-7 welding wire is widely used in aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, petrochemical and other industries, for welding requirements of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and other special requirements of the welding structure.

Corrosion Resistance
ERNiCrFe-7 is a nickel-based alloy welding wire with good corrosion resistance. In reducing acids, oxidizing acids and organic acids and other media, ERNiCrFe-7 can show good corrosion resistance, can effectively prevent corrosion cracking of welded joints.
This is because ERNiCrFe-7 contains a high chromium element, which can form a dense oxide film and prevent corrosive media from invading the inside of the material. At the same time, nickel also enhances the corrosion resistance of the material and can resist the erosion of acid, alkali, salt and other media.
The weld pool formed by the ERNiCrFe-7 welding wire during the welding process can also form a dense layer of weld metal, which has comparable corrosion resistance to the base metal. This allows ERNiCrFe-7 wire to effectively prevent corrosion during the welding process.
The corrosion resistance of ERNiCrFe-7 welding wire is excellent, and it can meet the welding requirements in various harsh environments, such as the welding structure requiring corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and other special requirements in aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, petrochemical and other fields.
