Nickel201/Ni201 Pipe Bar Tube Sheet
product detail
Overview
Nickel 201 is a pure nickel alloy of up to 99.6% purity with excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance. It is composed of trace elements such as manganese, copper and mainly nickel, and contains extremely low carbon and sulfur content, ensuring the high purity and excellent mechanical strength of its material. The physical properties of Nickel 201 are silvery-white with high magnetic properties, a density of 8.9 g/cm ³, and a melting point of 1455 degrees Celsius. In addition, it has good electrical and thermal conductivity, and can maintain good mechanical properties under high temperature conditions.
Nickel 201 has a wide range of applications in several fields. In the aerospace sector, it is used to manufacture high-temperature components such as engines, turbine blades and gas turbines, as well as pulleys, drivetrains and structural parts. In the energy industry, especially in the nuclear industry, Nickel 201 is used in the production of reactive components in nuclear reactors due to its excellent radiation resistance and chemical stability. In addition, Nickel 201's corrosion resistance makes it particularly useful in applications where product purity is required, such as food, man-made fibers, and caustic soda.
Nickel 201 is available in a variety of forms, including plates, rods, tubes, steel strips, wires, forgings, etc., which provides great convenience for its application in different fields. Overall, Nickel 201 is a nickel alloy with excellent properties and high purity that is widely used in the aerospace, energy, chemical and nuclear industries.

Corrosion Resistance
Nickel201 alloy is widely used in various fields due to its excellent corrosion resistance. It has excellent corrosion resistance to alkaline and neutral solution media such as carbonate, nitrate, oxide and acetate. At the same time, Nickel201 alloys generally maintain a bright metallic luster in indoor atmospheres, while the corrosion rate in outdoor atmospheres, Marine and rural atmospheres is very low. This excellent corrosion resistance is mainly due to the protective passivation film generated on the surface of Nickel201 alloy. This passivation film has a semiconductor structure, which has a significant impact on the study of high corrosion resistance of nickel-based materials.
The chemical composition of Nickel201 alloy also plays a key role in its corrosion resistance. Nickel201 is mainly composed of pure nickel, its chemical composition contains about 99.6% nickel, and a small amount of copper, iron, manganese, carbon, silicon and other impurity elements. This high purity nickel content gives Nickel201 alloy excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature strength.
Nickel201 alloy not only has excellent corrosion resistance, but also has very good strength and toughness. These excellent mechanical and mechanical properties enable Nickel201 alloy to perform well in a variety of harsh corrosion environments.
