Overview
ERNIMO-8 is a welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum base alloy. This ERNIMO-8 wire has Nickel steel, and it is an aluminium alloy-based weld wire that is mainly fabricated for petrochemical industries. Our product has weld properties of high tensile strength as well as it provides excellent hot-crack resistance
ERNIMO-8 is, also known as PREMIARC TG-S709S, is specially manufactured for welding at cryogenic temperature in cutting bending operations. This wire is in high demand due to its weld performance and high corrosion resistance property, and thus it can be used in a very high-temperature environment.

Corrosion Resistance
ERNiMo-8 nickel-based alloy welding wires show good corrosion resistance in reducing acids such as sulfuric, phosphoric and hydrochloric acid. In addition, it has excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing salts (such as FeCl3 and CuCl2) and various organic acids. These corrosion resistance characteristics make ERNiMo-8 welding wire widely used in chemical, petroleum, offshore engineering and other fields.
In addition, ERNiMo-8 nickel-based welding wire also maintains high mechanical properties and corrosion resistance at low temperatures, so it is often used for welding equipment used in low temperature environments.
